5) 1 TBLSPN OF FLAX SEED OIL
6) 1 HANDFUL OF RAW ALMONDS OR 2-3 TBLSPN OF FROZEN ALMOND PINTS
7) 1 FROZEN RIPE BANANNA
8) 1-2 OZ OF ANY ONE OF FRUITS IN SEASON (BLUEBERRIES, RASBERRIES, PINEAPPLE PREFERRED)
